Brave Consulting is a select group of change management and marketing professionals who work to deliver assurance through well prepared marketing strategies which are aligned with business growth plans.
The collective is made up of a group of specialists and freelance professionals headed up by founding director Charlotte Westwell. With more than 15-years' experience in the media, change management, marketing and communications industries, Charlotte is ideally placed to help you support your business internally and externally.
Having graduated with a joint honours degree in Publishing and Journalism at Robert Gordon University, where she worked in London with the British Medical Journal, Charlotte enjoyed a career working at The Evening Express in Aberdeen, where she was a News Journalist.
During her time at the Aberdeen Journals she travelled to Newcastle to carry-out her senior Press Association qualifications, while also working at The Chronicle and The Journal. On her return to Aberdeen she took on the title of Court Reporter, where she managed to juggle Aberdeen's six Sheriff Courts and the High Court.
After several years as a journalist, Charlotte was looking for a new challenge and began to work for an award winning Aberdeen based PR firm. At the organisation Charlotte learned the tricks of the trade, delivering high-quality campaigns, while also establishing herself in the professional community.
Charlotte is also a certified Senior Change Management Practitioner, with expertise in internal communications, strategy, change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and engagement, Agile and ADKAR.
